Margaret is the founder and executive director of The Alliance of Early Childhood Professionals. She has a national reputation in early childhood circles for visionary and creative thinking focused on improving quality and working conditions including wages. Margaret is also the co-founder of The Finance Commission.

Jennifer Bendickson

Jennifer is the AECP's bookkeeper and artist. She has designed many of AECP's t-shirts, posters, and cards. In addition, she has worked with AECP staff to design brochures and pamphlets for upcoming AECP sponsored events.
